Can I have a choice to enable small talk for a specific language and disable it for other languages?

As of now, if the latest build doesn’t have a localization key enabled for responses,
once the language is changed the responses will get auto-translated.
To enable small talk for specific means you have translations for x languages or you want autotranslations for x languages and for the other languages you simply don’t want a response.
For this case, you can create journeys for each small talk and with an if condition create responses for x languages, and for the rest, the else condition will have no responses.
