One of our Clients wants to change a Website Bot’s UI Design like this Image:
In Other Words, Can we have the ‘Bot display name’ and ‘Bot description’ text on ‘White’ colour,
And Quick Reply options on ‘White’ Background and ‘Blue’ Font Colour?
Can you make these on the Backend?
Let me know your thoughts on the same.

This is set dynamically based on background colour to ensure proper accessibility is maintained. You can modify the CSS styles by writing custom script.

I couldn’t able to find any such custom scripts on Yellow Docs. If i raise an Internal ticket on this, Will the Chat Widget Team help me on this?
