Currently during live agent conversation the bot is picking up bot icon and using it when ever agent reply.
Can we use a different icon during live agent journey?

Agent avatar will be displayed in title bar, and in-chat icon when users are connected to agent, so that users get to know they are connected to an agent. You can update these avatars in Inbox module.
