Client not able to Signup/Login in cloud platform

Continue of slack thread,Client are not able to Signup the cloud platform, When they entered the details and click “Sign up” its not moving to next page. When we try to register again Its showing the email ID already registered. Please check and verify the user from backend same like Jalpa(jjani1@lenovo.com).
