Is it possible to restrict the email ticket creation for the particular email id on cloud platform?
For eg: noreply@support.lazada.co.th ticket should not gets created on the inbox module

We have integrated the the Email Ticketing on our cloud platform.
If an user send a mail to this email id**contactus.th@decathlon.com*. It will be treated as ticket and it will be generated in the platform.
So coming to the point the below email id is a noreply mail it’s kind of used for notification purpose.
noreply@support.lazada.co.th.
So any email from the above email id ticket should not be created in the platform

” email fits into the ticket creation process. From where is this email getting generated? What do you mean by “its used for notification prupose”? How is it currently creating tickets in Inbox?
Can you explain the above questions?
