Hi is it possible to create a custom business specific widget in cloud platform,
Use Case:
As of now we are in process of migrating our bot from App platform to cloud,
the ticket widget in cloud looks nice but unfortunately we wont be able to use it due to specific business requirement. Is it possible if to create a custom widget based on our use case so that we can use this across all the journeys (flows)
