Is this use case possible?
The bot will be deployed on the website, and the user will be having a query, this query will be captured and sent to the client webhook inside the flow and the client after reviewing the query want to send the required info to the bot to share it with the user via webhook call, client don’t have APIs to use, so they are checking this feasibility
