How do we configure a custom session expiry on a Web bot? Due to the client’s desire for a 5-minute session expiration as he has banking use case
What are you defining as a session here and why?
Every 5 minutes all the end user chat history gets cleared and bot loses context completely?
Seems like really poor user experience
The client has requested the same. Any solution?
@Abhijeet_Kumar , as Gautham suggested it is bad user experience to delete the user history every 5 mins.
I dont think you will able to delete the chat history, Instead you can assign the vaules of the fields you are collecting to a null value.
Also refreshing the fields, are you doing it every 5 mins or only incase the user is Inactive for 5mins ?
