Data discrepancy under the insights tab

There is a huge discrepancy in the metrics on the platform. A bot went live around 3 weeks back and the number of the users, sessions and messages is exceptionally huge.
What could be the possible reasons?

Can you try hard refreshing the page

windows: ctrl + shift + R
mac: cmd + shift + R

I’ve observed that as you move between a few bots from your bot list, the data requires a page refresh to get reset to the bot you’re observing

I tried doing that, the issue still persists.

@asfa.shah You can cross-check with a few chat transcripts or conversation logs to validate the volume of messages and sessions.

after performing the above mentioned sanity check, if you’re still facing an issue - please raise an internal ticket
