If the bot is in minimized/closed state and the agent/bot message is passed onto the user, how do I track and handle this?

Use-case would be to show it in the UI/push notifs in some manner — but what is the event to track this.

One has to integrate Push Notification within their app. Please refer iOS Chatbot SDK | yellow.ai. Let us know if you still have any doubts.
