So i created a user with userId directly using the user 360 dashboard and tried the same userid as AuthenticationToken, but the chats which comes in Bot Messages has randomized names and are not attached to same user. Please let me know what i am doing wrong here.

Double-check that the user ID and token are correctly passed to your chatbot backend.
Go to the Admin tools section and select the specific chatbot you’re working with.
Look at the Bot Metrics to see how many unique visitors have interacted with your chatbot, the number of conversations, and goal completion
