How do we identify new scenarios for tags not matching the conversation? Is there any new tags coming up ?
No currently there isn’t anything planned on this front.
Diving deep into the process , we try to identify some common pattern issues with conversations that we can automate detecting.
These may be severe to just suggestions for better UX.
For example, Bot not responding is a severe issue to detect, but Validation limit exceeded (which means validation failed more than 3 times and user still being asked the question) is just bad UX, but not as critical as previous one.
Our top priority here is obviously to detect more critical things or more insightful things.
