How do I always trigger a journey (In WhatsApp) whenever a user initiates a conv.
This is my setup now:
I used intent trigger for this journey. Intent: Hi, Hello
I thought if I add a welcome journey this will work but this doesn’t work for Whatsapp it only triggers if I type the intent keywords
Is there any way?
As per my knowledge to trigger the bot to start the convo first time you need a intent or a trigger word . Th e bot wont start automatically . Its only when you configure an intent or a action or any trigger from external source … for the bot to start
Yes @Aashirwad_Bedekar. On WhatsApp, you need to trigger the journey with an utterance.
