In Mobile app already integrated & configured Ym Chat SDK in both Android & IOS platform.
Currently, Mobile app Chat bot SDK is supporting only in English Language & Web portal Bot is supporting both Hindi & English.
Mobile app has to support Hindi Language as well. Need support to configure Hindi language for bot in mobile app.
Please help us with the documentation.
Bot language and flows are always tied to a single botID.
As long as that botID has other languages enabled, it should work across all channels like Web, WhatsApp, Mobile, Teams etc
Please make sure you’ve connected the right botID to the mobile SDKs
After verifying this, if you’re still facing any issues, please raise an internal ticket
