hello @Pratik , can you please guide on how can I make sure that my bot options on WhatsApp channel are in button format like below:
Try switching the bot to the Whatsapp development environment.
Then make use of a CAROUSEL NODE (without the img) where you’re asking the user for a question followed by 3 options.
Note:
- Whatsapp has set a limitation of 3 buttons
- Hyperlinking is not supported
- 20 character limit
