If the campaigns are automated, is it possible to validate user's mobile number are present on WA or not and trigger campaign for next week?

In Sprite bot, we have a use case of profile completion reminder. If the user completes the profile for a particular week, we mark the tag as yes in the notification status column in our DB and we filter only the no tag and trigger notification for next week.

Here. client is expecting us to validate the mobile number if it is present in WA or not and then trigger the notification as there were a lot of failed cases for this. Kindly confirm if this is possible to identify.

@Samyuktha_G It is not possible to validate wether a provided number is a valid WhatsApp number or not through campaign manager when scheduling a campaign. We need to filter that out before scheduling a campaign.
