Integration with FB forms

Is it possible to integrate with FB lead Ad forms. For eg. A Customer clicks on FB ad and there is lead generation form to collect basic details. Now based on the lead details collected is it possible to:

  1. trigger notifications on whatsapp. I guess it can be done via Notification APIs but the question is that whether the Notification APIs can be integrated with Facebook ?
  2. If let’s say the customer comes to whatsapp bot and ask for product recommendations then can the platform integrate with FB lead ad forms and check their preferences for products and then give a relevant recommendation based on the logics defined ?
