UseCase: Client wants to get the user message on their system using Yellow API and wants to response to the user-end on WA using the Yellow API. They don’t want live agent functionality for this. They are looking for Yellow.ai API for this.

Is this possible to send the user message to the client system and vice-versa using Yellow.ai API?
