The client is downloading the report from user engagement but not getting the chat transcript URL.
steps-
Insights–> Data Explorer–> User engagement events–> Actions–> Download as CSV
@Sneha Chat URL will not be a part of table exports. To get a report of chats history, you can download the Chat Transcripts from Insights > Metrics > Export data > Chat transcript.
