Need to create reports/analytics for the following use cases

Hello Team,
I need a way to do these two things, can anyone help.
Can you develop that report which they asked where can see

  1. Unidentified utterances
  2. One table/report where can see all user utterances and corresponding bot response

Is there anyway we can achieve this or how to show the unidentified utterances thing.

  1. You can check unidentified utterances from Studio > Analysis > Training performance.
  2. You can download Chat Transcripts from Insights > Metrics > Export data to get all bot-user messages.

This will required manual efforts to find the unidentified utterances. Is there a way to get the link of inputs that bot couldn’t handle?
