Am able to view the conversations of all users in Studio → conv. log.
But how can I download or export the specific conversation log?

Why are you looking to download conversation logs? What is the use case ahead?
Client wanted to download the conv logs of all users and analyze where exactly the customer is stopped / where the BOT not able to respond. The downloaded conv details can be analyzed by team outside of yellow.ai platform (inside Yellow.ai platform they can analyze, but they want to give it to a team instead of single person review).
