Worst experience ever with this Platform. I seriously want to know why your platform gives stability issues all the time. on Friday BOT was unable to process the right flow path and today was not able to verify the OTP journey… very disappointed!

We’re extremely sorry that you’re facing this issue. Can you please give us some more information and a screenshot of the chatbot flow that went wrong?

first I had issue with verifying OTP and now location dialog box it not working.

Hi @Pratik I have added you to my bot and to be honest, the platform is not at all stable. first OTP was causing my problem which got fixed after 3 days and now the location dialog box is causing trouble. it’s not moving further just 3 dots just keep on moving and nothing else happens. this dialog box worked just once and later on it’s not doing anything.

It seems like there was an issue with variables datatype. We’ve reviewed the bot and fixed it now. Can you please check your bot and let me know if the issue persists.
Hi,
i can see that you have changed the sting variable that i have created to an object variable and now after entering the country name the text dialog box give me a response “[object Object]Great!” instead f this the bot should have replied “India. Great!” because of which i was not just Object variable.
could you please look in to this too as its not popping you the county’s name.

To fix this, you can just replace the text with {{{variables.user_location.country}}} Great!
