Is it possible to align quick replies on left hand side of the widget as they are bot questions?
@Jaya_Vardhani_Mantha Quick Replies are not bot questions but suggestions provided to user to avoid typing. When user selects any QR, rest are dissolved and the selection is sent as a user message. That’s why QRs are right aligned. It can’t be changed.
