Search database based on Unique Id to pull records based on ID

Hi!

I have uploaded a .csv with records that should be able to be searched by user and pull all fields associated with the unique id.

I have the database in the flow and when I test it in the flow it pulls all the results but when I run it in the sandbox, I get that is not a valid option.

Is there a video or step by step instructions that are clear on the flow? I am beginner and creating my first bot so unsure of where to go past the database node. I have looked on forum and dont see anything clear on how to pull mutiple results for a unique id.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for the response. Can you add the column headings as well with the output? I didn’t see column heading output in the doc so am wondering.

I figured it out! I put the column heading name in front of the variable!
