Is it possible to perform segmentation of customers basis spend of customers on Shopify (data to be managed dynamically) in User360 ?

Yes, you can send the Spent Amount on User 360 via the User360 APIs and keep on updating it incrementally for every purchase made on Shopify and use the data for segmenting the user and run Campaigns.
