We will import data into user360, where the data contains user codes with different details. One phone number can have more than one user code, so we make the user code the userId. In some cases, we will send an outbound WhatsApp blast for each user code that falls into the segment, but there are also cases where we only want to send one outbound message per phone number. How can we create segmentation that takes the unique value from a user property?
