I am trying the platform via the trial but am unable to create a bot from scratch

Hi @Dakshiani_Bhan can you please attach a screenshoot for our reference so that we can get a better understanding…?
If you already have one bot under the free-trial, that is the current limit we have today.
You can build multiple flows within the same bot to handle new use-cases.
