Unable to set the Welcome Message and Fallback Message

Hi Team,

If I add the welcome message and fallback message. Im getting this following error PFA. Once the screen is refreshed it still shows the welcome and fallback is not configured.

Hey Harshin,

Can you share the Bot IDs, Sub ID for the same?
Also, Please raise a JIRA for this.
