There are following questions on the Whatsapp Template:
- Is it possible to add a variable in the Header section of whatsapp template ?
- How does the character limit of 1024 char in body text work when there are variables also involved where while template approval we are not sure of the variable char length ?
- Also is it possible to push the delivery status report of Whatsapp notif API triggered messages (Delivered/not delivered) back to customer’s backend via API or webhook ? Is it done via the Postback URL feature ?
