We have created some WhatsApp templates for our client and recently we received an email saying that the template was disabled with a description as “Your WhatsApp message template has been paused for 6 hours until Aug 5 at 5:08 PM UTC because it continued to have issues.”
What could be the reason and how to resolve this issue?

This is because of the new WhatsApp policy. A template will be passed if too many users have reported the template.
