For one of our customers, the user is getting a pop-up to accept the terms and conditions.
However, for the other bank business(probably not with us), the customer is not getting the T&C popup and are able to chat with the other bank.
Do we know what is the issue here? (They are getting this issue for both verified and non-verified numbers registered with us)
