Which kind and what should be the specifications of the media that can be attached in FAQ
Planning to add gifs and videos in FAQs
Hey you can add Images and Videos in FAQs from UI. However it’s not possible to bulk upload them.
Have you tried and faced any issues?

Image:
Type- Any image type(gif, jpeg,jpg,png)
size-Less than 10 MB
Video:
Type-MP4
Size-less than 50 MB
File:
Type -JPG, JPEG, MP3, MP4, CSV, PDF, Doc, Docx, Txt, HTML, PPT, PPTX
size- less than15 MB
