Why the user name is not updated automatically in studio -> analysis -> conversation logs

Why the user name is not updated automatically in studio → analysis → conversation logs.

The bot is deployed in MS teams and for some of the users anonymous names were assigned and for some users actual names are assigned.

Client want to understand how this anonymous name can be replaced with actual name.

Hi @Srinivas, Can you check if the name is being collected in the bot flow for conversation logs having actual name of the end user on it ?
