Hi Team,
We wanted to know if it is possible to display the preview of the attachment received in the inbox email ticketing. Screenshot for your reference where the preview is not available and the agent will be able to view it with a click on the attachment and it will be displayed in the different tab which and agents has to click on multiple times when there are mulitple attachments, the agents prefers quick view.
