Scenario Person A onboarded (from client side) on cloud platform to built the bot, and he created 15 bots as per requirement, after few days Person B joins, Now Person A is leaving the company.

Question 1: If we switch the Super admin access and make Person B is the super admin for all the bots, will it impact anything, because after Person A leaves his org email id will get deactivated.

Dont think there will be any issue here.
Please ask a DM who became a superadmin after a previous DM who left the org was a super Admin.
That how did the new DM get the superadmin access.

There won’t be any impact.
Swapping super-admin would have to be a manual backend process, so this would have to go via support@yellow.ai
