Is there any document/video I can refer to for the Negative intent training process?
There are some buttons that are triggering random flows in one of our projects and we wanted to try this approach once to check if the issues can be handled this way.

Figure out why certain words are causing unexpected responses by removing or changing a few utterances related to those words – this might help. Basically, check the bot’s NLP training.
If the issue continues even after this, and if only a few words are causing problems, then consider Negative Intent Training. This means grouping those words into one or a few intents that won’t be used in any of the bot flows. Only do this if NLP retraining doesn’t work as a last resort.
