Flow is not triggering for user inactivity events

Hi,
I have created two user inactivity events in event hub; and then trying to trigger a flow based on this events. Here I am attaching the screen shots for reference.

  1. Event is created in event hub

  2. The event is referred to this node

  3. Tried to trigger a flow using the event

Now when I try with the above steps, the flow is not triggering, but when I modify the event to be handled with a simple text message, then it works fine.

So, Please let me know if I have done anything incorrect; or it is an issue at platform end.

@Pratik Is it possible to trigger user inactivity event if user is using bot from whatsapp?

Hi @Asutosh

Yes, Inactivity works on Whatsapp and does not require any other set up other than what Pratik has shared.

As I mentioned above, I have followed the steps, but still its not working. Is there anything else which I can do to debug, why its not working.
