From push notification can we trigger a journey?

When a Work Order completed, ERP will can Yellow Notificaiton Engine API to send WhatsApp push notification about the WO status.

After the push notification message, how we can trigger “Feedback” journey?
(or)
We need to ask customer whether they would like to provide feedback? if yes, trigger Feedback journey.

Could you please clarif on this?

When there is change in WO, Yellow.ai notification engine API will be called to send push notification about the WO updated status.
Once the customer received push notification, could we trigger a feedback journey? or ask customer would like to provide feedback?
Is it possible?

In the template, you can have a Quick Reply named Submit Feedback and once the user clicks on it you can trigger a journey using the Trigger Journey node: Capturing quick reply event from WhatsApp | yellow.ai
