I’ve created a workflow that triggers correctly when tested on the web version of the chatbot. However, the same workflow does not get triggered when I test it on WhatsApp (using the Yellow.ai WhatsApp test environment).
Here are the details:
- The workflow is set to trigger on a specific user input.
- It works perfectly on the web testing tool.
- When I send the same input on WhatsApp, nothing happens—no workflow activation or error message.
- The WhatsApp test channel is already set up and connected.
I would appreciate any guidance on:
- Whether WhatsApp workflows require specific configuration to trigger.
- If there are known limitations in the WhatsApp test environment.
- Any way to debug or confirm that the input is reaching the bot as expected.
