Getting an error while knowledge base publish for external usage

need advise.

We tried to use knowledge base in R2 BOTs. We have tried to create the URL and adding some articles. Upon publishing the KB, getting an error while access the domain created shown below:

URL generated: kb.botplatform.io

any steps that we might missed in this process, need your advise. Thank you

Hey @Rafif_Elrienanto , this looks like a bug. Can you raise a JIRA ticket internally for us to fast-track this?
