While downloading the chat transcript of arabic language, the downloaded file has special characters and seems that the language is not supported.

Please see sample script below.

Is Arabic language supported for chat transcript? When will we be supporting this?

Hey @Dimple_Mehta ,
Unfortunately, we don’t support Arabic language when you download the chat transcript. Can you raise this internally in the RB board for us to check more about the issue & get back?
