In WhatsApp Campaign/Engagement module, is there a blast rate info we could know? Such as 100 phone numbers per second
The default throughput of Engage Outbound Campaign module for WhatsApp Channel is approx 40-45msg/sec and varies with load and media size. Incase of requirement where the customer has daily campaign volume of above 5L segment size the throughput can be increased by placing a request to WA under the commitment of above usage.
