Is there a platform fee for sending messages via utility template?

Hi, I would be sending close to 40k messages per month. In this case:

  1. “What’s my per-conversation rate after the free 1k?”
  2. “Does yellow ai mark up WhatsApp rates or pass them through at cost?”
  3. “Can I switch to flat fee if our monthly volumes grow above X?”
