Quick Replies not working

Hi, I am creating a journey to allow employ to send their leave application.
It seems like quick replies node has some issue.

Firstly, I have noticed that quick replies node is missing a default fall back option.

Second, when I try to test the journey, it do not move forward after quick reply node.

after quick reply node, journey bot shows fall back message “Sorry! I am not able to understand. Let’s start again”

Can you please ensure that you’re using the Quick Reply prompt, not the Quick Reply message node?

Thank you @Pratik , it works now.

I did noticed that there are two quick replies node, one in message and one in prompt
