Receive alert on whatsapp when somebody engages with my chatbot

i need to do 2 things

  1. the moment a user starts talking to the bot, how can i receive a notification on my whatsapp that “somebody is engaging with my bot” and
  2. when somebody wants to talk to a Customer agent at that moment also i should receive a message about the same

You can use Events (bot-opened, ticket-assigned-UI) Events | yellow.ai to identify these actions and send notifications.
