Could we trigger WhatsApp bot when user click a link?

For example: In WhatsApp BOT we will provide a link, customer will click the link to view the page and from there if they agree, it will again opens the WhatsApp bot.

Is it possible? @Pratik

If customer provided with a link in email or message in WhatsApp,
Clicking on will collect few information from customer and redirect to the respective WhatsApp chatbot.
Is it possible?

From your WABA account, you can generate a message link to trigger the WhatsApp bot. Let me check with the team to collect information before bot redirection.
