As shown in the image, there’s a redirection to a Whatsapp bot from an Instagram post. I would like to know if we can track the count of users clicking on Send Message and landing to the Whatsapp bot.
Hey, @Sanchia You can pass UTM params in the URL like this,
http://sample.com?utm_campaign=testcamp&utm_medium=social&utm_source=instagram
Then you can check it in Insights-> Data Explorer-> Message Events.
