The Lipalater client wants the below text popup message to be displayed over the bot icon.Sample screenshot shared below.
If this is on app, you can have it under the intro messages (Under general bot settings)
On cloud, it is not supported yet.
I believe the web widget team is evaluating the conversational overlay.
As a side note, please do not mention client names as mentioned in the guidelines
