I had used a template available on Yellow.ai platform (Locate Nearby Clinics) for a WhatsApp Chatbot for locating nearest health centres. However, while testing the bot on WhatsApp, the created (modified) flow is not being executed ( working fine in Website tester) . Would be helpful if this query is addressed. Thanks
You have to type Hi in WhatsApp before it gives you any message.
Actually there are other flows in the bot, which are working just fine . Only the flow where I have used the Template is not working properly (it rather shows the default messages in the template flow). Thanks for your response!
