Thank you @Jayesh_Rana I saw the document but didn’t find any reference for Development id and button id.
Hey @King_Akash it’s the deployment id, not the development id.
Deployment Id - The ID of the deployment from where the chat has been initiated (To be provided by salesforce spoc of the client).
Button Id - The Id of the button(group) from where the chat has been initiated (To be provided by salesforce spoc of the client).
@King_Akash, You can check for these details with the salesforce partner of the client with whom you are trying to integrate.
The reason for this is that there might be multiple buttons associated with a particular organization and which one needs to be used might not be clear to you.
